Cancellations, Returns & Replacements


Cancellations are only allowed for orders that have not shipped.  


Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to email or the site “Contact Us” form. Any orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. We do not guarantee cancellation availability as orders may ship during the communication process. online purchases are considered FINAL.

We only offer exchange/refund of items which arrive with defects or damage to the ornament. Damaged packaging will not be considered for replacement as defect.


We must be notified of any defect/damage within 5 days of delivery to begin the exchange/refund process. We cannot guarantee replacement availability.


Items that arrive with defects or that have been damaged can be exchanged. In these cases, our customer support team member will assist you in returning the damaged/defective item at our expense. If the product is no longer available you can opt to replace with a different Gorenament caharacter or we will issue a full refund.


Damage or Defect Policy Notes:

Gorenament products are hand-crafted and hand-painted, and as such, are unique, resulting in minor variations between each piece. These variations are not considered flaws therefore not defective or damaged.
